New nomination for New York insurance chief

Eric Dinallo is hoping to become New York state superintendent of insurance, providing that the state senate confirms the nomination. He would replace Howard Mills, a nominee of former Governor George Pataki, who ran the department between January 2005 and December 2006. Dinallo has spent the past year as chief legal counsel to Willis Group, the global insurance broker.
