PMI appoints new president

Steve Delo has replaced Penny Green as president of the UK's Pensions Management Institute (PMI). Delo has been PMI vice-president since 2005. Outside of the PMI, Delo is managing director of Close Multi-Manager, an asset management company. Delo started his career in pensions in 1994, with consultancy Noble Lowndes. In 1998, he joined the management team running Mercer's 'manager of managers' investment operation. Stephen co-founded Escher TEAMS in 2000, which is now part of Close Multi-Manager
