Nakamura exits FRR

Jean-Louis Nakamura has left his position as the chief investment officer of French state buffer fund, Fonds de Reserve pour les Retraites (FRR), to join the Etablissement Retraite Additionnelle de la Fonction Publique (ERAFP) as CEO. ERAFP was set up in 2003 to provide defined contribution pensions for over four and half million state healthcare workers - the second largest such scheme in France. Nakamura replaces Phillipe Caila, who resigned last month to become president Nicolas Sarkozy's
