The UK's Pension Protection Fund (PPF) has announced the appointment of Peter Walker as it new chief operating officer - previously he only held the position on a temporary basis. Prior to joining the PPF, Walker worked as an interim executive for a number of international companies. Before that, he was chief financial officer for Kleinwort Benson Private Bank.
