Let's start with your background. How long have you been with Simmons & Simmons and where were you previously? Also can you give us some background about Simmons & Simmons' work in the structured products world?

I am a lifer! I joined the firm almost twenty years ago, in 1987, when I began my career in the law, so I have been here man and boy.

Simmons & Simmons is a lead adviser on the full range of structured products, particularly collateralised debt obligations (CDOs), cash and synthetics
