SG and BNP Paribas rearrange the furniture



Societe Generale and BNP Paribas, both major players in structured products, announced their 2008 results in February alongside some restructures. At the highest levels, SG decided it was time to merge its debt and equity operations, while BNP took the opportunity to switch the heads of corporate and investment banking and asset management.
