RBS has relocated John McCormick to Hong Kong from London as chief executive of Asia-Pacific global banking and markets (GBM) as of January 1. He was previously global head of sales and marketing, corporate banking and financial markets (CBFM). In his new role McCormick will be involved with the bank's financial markets and corporate and institutional banking business while leading the strategic approach for the region. McCormick's move comes amid earlier restructuring in December 2005 at RBS
