Senior reshuffle at Kookmin

Donald MacKenzie stepped down as chief financial officer at Kookmin Bank, South Korea's biggest bank by assets, on December 31, along with six other senior executive vice-presidents (SEVPs).

There were previously 13 SEVPs at the bank, which has reduced that number to 11. Kookmin Bank did not reveal the names of the individuals in question.

MacKenzie - whose position had also encompassed the role of chief risk officer (CRO) - will remain at the bank until March 31, 2010 in an advisory role. He
