- Barclays Capital has made three appointments to its Asia-Pacific foreign exchange senior management team. Adrian McGowan becomes Asia-Pacific head of foreign exchange trading in Singapore, replacing Steve Weller, who is on sabbatical. McGowan joins Barclays Capital after nine years at Deutsche Bank in London, where he was most recently global head of complex risk and euroblock flow options trading. He reports to Ivan Ritossa, global head of FX and head of global markets trading for Asia
