Royal Bank of Scotland Global Banking and Markets has set up a futures desk in Singapore for the Asian time zones. Chin Leng Woon, Sally Lee Ai Lau, Marilyn Tan Seow Hwee and Koh Pin Hong will man the desk and work with desks in London; Chicago; Greenwich, Connecticut; and Atlanta, Georgia.
