- Deutsche Bank has named Ray Franzi to the newly created role of head of global finance and foreign exchange structuring for Asia-Pacific. Franzi is based in Singapore and has transferred from the London office, where he was a director in the global forex structuring business. Franzi reports regionally to Clifford Cheah, head of global finance and foreign exchange for Asia, and globally to Rashid Hoosenally, global head of global finance and foreign exchange structuring.
