- Deutsche Bank has made several hires across Asia in recent weeks. Oon Li Sar and Yusoff Hassan joined the Malaysian unit of the German bank's global transaction banking division as country head of trade finance and cash management corporates, respectively. Both are based at the bank's office in Kuala Lumpur. Oon was previously Citibank's team head of financial institutions cash and trade sales in Malaysia, and his responsibilities at Deutsche include local trade sales and expanding trade
