Ralph Nash, previously with the secretariat of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision in Basel, Switzerland, joined the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBOS) in July as London-based Basel II operational risk co-ordinator for the RBOS group.

Rob Ceske, head of business development at NetRisk and its subsidiary OpVantage, has left to join GE Capital, the financial services arm of General Electric of the US. He will be head of global risk management in GE Capital’s treasury department. Ceske’s departure
