Paribas Sets Up Disaster Recovery Sites In Paris, London, New York

BANQUE Paribas has completed a new disaster recovery site that will enable the bank to rapidly resume operations if its Paris headquarters are disabled by a bomb, fire, or other disaster.

The backup systems are located several kilometres away in Paris's Place d'Italie, says Bernard Guericolas, Paribas' worldwide coordinator for systems security.
