Sybase has hired Pekka Luoma to provide strategic consultancy services for users of Citadel, the middle- and back-office treasury system. Luoma was most recently employed by Andersen Consulting, where he specialized in process competency and risk management. The Citadel product was initially developed by Demica, a company in which Sybase recently acquired a considerable stock.
