Deloitte & Touche Consulting has hired Stephen Christie as its new director for the financial services industry area.

Christie joins D&T from Price Waterhouse, where he led the firm's European risk management and consultancy team.

A D&T spokesperson says Chrisitie will be responsible for expanding the investment banking team of Deloitte Consulting in Europe, focusing on implementing risk management solutions and reviewing operational efficiency at client sites.
