Jerry Goldman has resigned from Cats Software, where he was vice president of global accounts, to take up a new position as group executive in charge of CSK Software's London operation.

CSK Software is based in Dublin and was until recently known as Quay Financial Systems (Dealing With Technology, October 4).

Brad Solso, chief financial officer at Cats, says Goldman's role won't be replaced, since his tasks have been "absorbed into the organization" and spread among a number of people, such as
