Douglas Harris, former senior deputy comptroller for capital markets at the US's Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), has joined Arthur Andersen as a partner in its derivatives and treasury risk management group.

Harris joins Andersen's Metro New York Financial Markets practice, where he will be responsible for advising financial institutions on risk management, capital markets and derivatives trading.
