Deutsche Bank has appointed Thomas Fischer to its board of managing director. He will be responsible for treasury and market risk management, says a Deutsche spokesperson. Hermann-Josef Lamberti has also been appointed as Deutsche's managing director for transaction services. He succeeds Michael Endres, who is retiring at the end of this year. Lamberti was hired from IBM Germany, where he was country general manager.
