Citi hires oil trader in Singapore

Reporting to Ananth Doraswamy, Citi's head of commodities for Asia-Pacific, Smyth will trade crude oil futures, swaps and options, as well as refined oil products.

He joined from oil major Chevron USA in Singapore, where he had been a crude oil trader since April 2005. Smyth has also worked for the Shell group in various crude oil trading roles from 2000–2005.
