SocGen names northern Europe structured sales head
Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking (SG CIB) has appointed Marc El Asmar as head of equity derivatives structured product sales and distribution for northern Europe.
El Asmar is based in London. He reports to Nicolas Miara-Godet, head of structured products sales for Europe, and Dan Fields, who was recently appointed head of flow and listed products. He was previously head of sales for eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa, a position he had held since March 2005.
