Atos Euronext Market Solutions names Asia head

In the newly created role, Pak will be based in Hong Kong and have responsibility for implementing AEMS’ Asia strategy. Currently, the company has a network presence in Singapore and plans to expand to eight other major cities across the continent.

Pak joined AEMS earlier this week from ADP Wilco, the financial information systems outsourcing provider. There, she was responsible for operations in Japan, Hong Kong and Australia. At AEMS she will report directly to chief executive Jean-Marc Bouhelier.

AEMS was created in July 2005 as an extension of existing joint venture Atos Euronext. Both are owned on a 50/50 basis by Atos Origin, the information technology provider, and Euronext.
