New head of debt market sales at RBS Securities

He replaces Masahiro Ohshiro, who assumes a newly created role as head of the global financial institutions relationship management (FI RM) team in Tokyo.

Taniguchi joins from Morgan Stanley, where he has spent 13 years, most recently as co-head of fixed-income sales in Tokyo.

He reports to Pierre Ferland, global head of FI RM, and continues to report locally to Lee Knight, head of fixed income for Asia-Pacific and chief executive of RBS Securities Japan.
