Deutsche Bank hires chairman of global markets, Asia-Pacific

In his new role, Paul will establish a regional management committee comprising the local heads of global markets, which will be responsible for setting the strategy for global markets in the Asia-Pacific, the bank said.

The committee members will include Loh Boon-Chye, newly appointed head of global markets Asia. Previously, Loh was the bank's head of emerging markets and integrated credit trading, responsible for structured products in Asia ex-Japan.

The committee will also include Eiji Nakai, head of global markets Tokyo, and Chum Darvall, head of global markets Australia and New Zealand, as well as a number of product heads from around the region.
