RBS recruits debt market strategy head for Japan

Richards was head of research for Japan at Barclays Capital; he has also been a partner at a Japanese hedge fund and head of hedge fund sales for Credit Suisse.

At RBS Securities in Tokyo, he will be responsible for setting up strategy and economics teams for the Asia-Pacific region. He will report to RBS Securities Japan chief executive Lee Knight and the London-based head of debt market research, Kit Juckes.
