New chairman for DTCC

Considine retires as chairman in August, but will remain with the company as a senior adviser. Donahue, already chief executive of DTCC, will take over as chairman in addition to his current duties.

DTCC's board also elected William Aimetti as president, also starting from August. Aimetti is currently chief operating officer.
