Dresdner poaches equity derivatives sales team from Wachovia

Dresdner Kleinwort has hired a team of equity derivatives sales staff from Wachovia to expand its US equity derivatives operation.

Sheila Swanson joins as head of the equity swaps sales and marketing team from Wachovia, where she was co-head of the equity finance group.

Paul Chartier and David James join as directors in the equity swaps sales team, where they will be marketing to hedge fund clients. Both join from Wachovia, where they also worked in equity swaps sales.

All three will be based in New York and will report to Sander Nieuwland, head of global distribution for the Americas.
