Bank of America promotes Moulds

Bank of America (BoA) has promoted Jonathan Moulds to the position of international head of global markets, with a remit covering debt and equities in Europe and Asia.

Moulds, who is currently head of cross-product strategic trading in Chicago, will take up the London-based post in April, reporting to William Fall, president of the bank’s international arm, and Mark Werner, head of global markets.

In addition to sitting on the bank’s global corporate and investment banking committee, he is also chairman of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association.

Moulds succeeds Arrington Mixon, who has run the bank’s London-based international operation for three years. Mixon will return to the US, where she will assume the newly created role of global head of credit syndicate, based in Charlotte, NC. She will report to Thomas White, global head of credit products.

This new role will encompass the global integration of Bank of America’s syndicate functions across loans as well as high grade, high yield and distressed bonds.

Tom Connor, currently global head of liquid products, will take on Moulds' old position.
