Holterman to lead Wells Fargo derivatives team

His new post will put him in charge of trading in products including interest rate swaps and options, equities and equity options, convertible bonds and commodities.

Holterman joined the bank in 2001 to run trading in equities, distressed debt and convertible bonds. He was previously an independent fund manager.

"Customers turn to Wells Fargo for help managing their exposure to financial risks as well as their investment needs," said Weber. "This heightened focus will enhance our ability to manufacture and distribute a broad array of investment and risk management solutions for our customers."
