BNP rejigs global debt syndicate teams

BNP Paribas has made changes to its New York and London debt syndicate teams.

Tim McCann has replaced Peter Masco as head of the US syndicate desk, following Masco's retirement. McCann was a syndicate manager in New York and has been on the syndicate desk for five years.

At the same time, Frank McConville has been hired from Sanders Morris Harris Group, where he set up the debt syndicate team. And David Barcus has been appointed as head of high-yield syndicate, moving from the BNP high-yield capital markets team. Both Barcus and McConville will report to McCann.

In London, Nicholas Street has joined as syndicate manager. Street was a portfolio manager and trader in European leveraged credit and high yield at Integra Capital in London. He will report to Fred Zorzi and Robert Whichello, the co-heads of European debt syndicate.
