Calyon names Chien as Taiwan capital markets head

Chien was previously the Taipei-based head of treasury and financial markets for the Taiwanese Taishin International Bank. He will remain in Taipei and will report to the senior country officer, Philippe Pellegrin, and to the head of capital markets for Asia-Pacific excluding Japan, Jacques Beyssade.
