Valet replaces Oudea as CFO at Société Générale

Didier Valet has been promoted to group chief financial officer at Société Générale, succeeding Frédéric Oudea, who became chief executive last month.

Valet was named head of strategic performance management for Société Générale's finance and development division in March last year, after four years as head of investor relations. Oudea was promoted to chief executive after the departure of former chief executive Daniel Bouton on April 21.
