Laughlin will be based in Hong Kong, reporting to the head of Asia Pacific and Middle East real estate finance, Simon Hersom, and to the head of Asia Pacific debt markets origination, John Mullins.

At Deutsche Bank he was in charge of real estate and the RREEF real estate investment platform for Asia excluding Japan.
