Liffe hires business development heads

Liffe, the derivatives subsidiary of Euronext, has appointed two business development directors as a result of the merger between Euronext and the New York Stock Exchange.

Garry Jones joins as executive director of business development. He was previously chief executive of electronic broking in Europe for the interdealer broker Icap.

Liffe's executive director of marketing, Fraser Cowie, has been named executive director of transatlantic business development. Both will be based in London.
