Deutsche appoints two to head US structured credit

Deutsche Bank has appointed two co-heads of structured credit trading for North America, Kevin Bell and Ross Taylor, who will be based in the bank’s New York office.

Bell and Taylor will report to Boaz Weinstein, head of integrated credit trading in North America, as well as Alan Cloete and Gerry Jackson, global co-heads of structured credit trading.

Bell and Taylor, both managing directors, have experience in developing the bank's business in the US, Deutsche said. Bell helped launch the North American structuring group, where he focused on synthetic securitisation, while Taylor was involved in building the structured credit business.

“We believe that broadening our credit trading platform to include complex structured products and hybrid products will better meet the needs of our customers,” said Weinstein.
