Axa CDO managers resign

Two of Axa Investment Management's top investment-grade collateralised debt obligation (CDO) managers have resigned.

Stephane Lapiquonne and Virginie Afota, both Paris-based senior portfolio managers, are thought to be leaving to start their own firm, backed by a large money manager. They will leave the firm in June.

Both report to Alexandre Martinmin, head of CDOs at Axa in Paris.
