DB Advisors expands its quantitative strategies team

He joins from Bear Stearns' US program sales and trading team, where he was a managing director responsible for marketing trading and brokerage services to institutional clients. Sakamoto is based in San Francisco and will report to James Norman, global head of quantitative product specialists.
