Tullett Prebon names Duckworth as COO

London-based interdealer broker Tullett Prebon has appointed Steph Duckworth as chief operating officer.

The group's regional management and electronic broking division will report to him. Duckworth takes up this new appointment after serving in two senior management positions within the group: first as chief operating officer, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and more recently as chief executive officer, EMEA.

Angus Wink will now become chief executive officer, EMEA, and will join the group's executive committee. Wink has been with the group since 1989, most recently as managing director of Tullett Prebon's rates division, a role he has held since 2004.

Meanwhile, Rob Osborne will take over Wink's previous position. Osborne has been a director with the group for 10 years and joined the firm in 1987.
