Stevens is responsible for setting up the new division, which will focus on helping asset management companies adapt to new compliance requirements, such as the European Union’s Markets in Financial Instruments Directive.Catalyst, based in London, also plans to help asset managers accommodate over-the-counter trading, and will develop an independent source of market data.
