Noble Group's risk head relocates to Hong Kong

Global commodity supply chain manager Noble Group will move group risk manager Nick Brewer to its head office in Hong Kong in March.

Brewer joined the company in April 2007 and is currently based in Lausanne, Switzerland. After the move, he will continue to report to Noble Group's Hong Kong-based chief executive Richard Elman.

The move comes as part of an overall ramping-up of risk management at the company following strong growth in the past year. Noble Group’s revenue climbed 71% to $23.5 billion, while net profit rose by 92% to an all-time high of $258.1 million in 2007.
