AIMA names new deputy chief executive

Baker was previously chief operating officer in charge of alternative investments at Schroder Investment Management. As deputy chief executive, a newly created post, he will remain in London.

His particular focus will be on the operations and administration of AIMA and on regulation of hedge funds in the UK, leaving chief executive Florence Lombard to handle the rest of Europe and Asia.
