Goldie-Morrison’s experience also includes four years at the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, where he was a board member. He was also a member of the executive committee at the Bond Market Association.
"Duncan brings significant experience at a very senior level in markets in which we operate," said Michael Spencer, Icap’s group chief executive. "We will benefit from his broad knowledge of the global fixed income, interest rate, credit and commodity derivatives, and forex markets."
Goldie-Morrison has filed a $7.3 million claim against BofA with the National Association of Securities Dealers for alleged non-payment of stock options and bonuses.
