Top credit derivatives marketer departs JP Morgan

Andrew Palmer, global head of structured credit marketing and distribution at JP Morgan Chase in London, has left the bank.

Palmer was heavily involved in the development and marketing of the Dow Jones iTraxx and CDX credit derivatives indexes.

Senior credit derivatives executives said Palmer has left to explore other opportunities and take some time off.

JP Morgan Chase has yet to name a replacement.
