It will be led by Stephen Cross as chief executive

– Cross was previously CEO of Aon Captives Services Group. The former chairman and chief executive of Aon Re UK, Philip Stamp, has been appointed chairman.

The group combines Aon Captive Services (now renamed Aon Global Insurance Managers), Aon Risk Consulting and Aon Risk Engineering. Cross said the reorganisation was a response to similar moves by Aon's customers.
