Tradition hires Decillion credit team

Interdealer broker Tradition has hired a team of six credit brokers from Decillion, a South African financial services company.

Barry Taylor and his team of five brokers - Paul Alcock, Mathew Hardcastle, Daniele Marano, David McCarthy and Stefano Ravagnan - joined Tradition's London office earlier this month from Decillion's European arm.

The London-based team's departure leaves Decillion without an asset swaps team.

The arrival of Taylor and his colleagues marks a major expansion for Tradition. They join its two established structured credit brokers, Gianni Gagnier and Stratos Manolas.
