Peter Davies, a leading developer of risk management systems, has re-emerged after a summer break in a new position as vice-chairman of RiskMetrics, the New York-based risk advisory firm.
Davies quit Askari, the buy-side risk management systems company he founded in 1992 and later sold to State Street, in June. He has joined RiskMetrics to focus on strategic product
