Lynda Clemmons, president of Connecticut-based weather risk company Element Re, has been elected president of the Weather Risk Management Association (WRMA). Previously a WRMA director, Clemmons (pictured right) replaces Ravi Nathan, general manager of weather risk for Kansas City-based Aquila, who is stepping down after a two-year term. Nathan remains on the WRMA board of directors.
