Goldie-Morrison files claim against Bank of America

Duncan Goldie-Morrison, head of Bank of America’s debt financing and foreign exchange client business until last March, and a pioneer of the derivatives business from the late 1970s, has filed a $7.3 million claim against his former employer with the National Association of Securities Dealers. Goldie-Morrison wants the bank to honour $5 million of stock options he says were revoked, plus a $2.1
