Merrill Lynch loses Michael deSa

Michael deSa, co-head of global foreign exchange and interest rates at Merrill Lynch, has left the US securities firm less than 30 months after joining it. Merrill has hired Stephen Kemp, Morgan Stanley’s head of forex trading, to replace deSa to continue the build-up of its foreign exchange business. He takes the position as global head of foreign exchange at Merrill.
