Behnam comments fan JSCC hopes for US client clearing
Japan clearing exec welcomes CFTC chair’s pledge to keep discussing OTC clearing status for non-US houses
Comments by CFTC chair Rostin Behnam this month have given new hope to Japan Securities Clearing Corporation that the US may yet revise rules that would make JSCC’s over-the-counter derivatives clearing services accessible to US clients, says a senior executive at the clearer.
